Payment infrastructure involves more than software delivery. Leadership, operations and compliance each have a role in turning a proposal into a service people can use. CapitalPay’s own leadership directory provides a useful starting point for understanding that team.
The Kenya leadership directory
The company lists Garang Mayom Malek, Jeremy Momanyi Gisemba and Ariec Wol Mayar as directors. It names Eva A.S. Nyamori as Global Chief Strategy Officer and Alvin Okari as Managing Director. Emily N. Mukami is listed as Head of Compliance and Roselyn Nyagah as Head of Operations.
These are company-published titles, checked on 26 September 2026. Individual responsibilities on a particular project should be read from that project’s own records.
Why the roles matter to a partner
A partner needs to know who can make a decision, who is responsible for day-to-day operation and who can answer a compliance question. A directory helps start that conversation. An operating agreement and support process then need to make the responsibility specific.
For example, an exception in a payment record may require both an operational correction and a decision about the rule being applied. Making that handover clear is part of a useful service experience.
