This September update brings together the dated material behind Garang’s work pages. It is a review of the public record as of 26 September 2026, with the project stages kept visible.

The trade-corridor agreement

KBC and The Star reported the Viaservice partnership in March. The project page now connects those reports with an account of Garang’s role in the announcement and the intended approach to container deposits and cargo visibility. A new project story explains why those two questions belong together.

The Tanzania collection

The Tanzania pages bring the farmer-payment and clearing-agent programmes into one collection. Each page identifies the company description, the published stage and the subjects a future progress update should address. Readers can follow the English articles alongside the Kiswahili versions.

People and appointments
